Outsourcing is a nice and smart way of doing business. It is like win win condition to both the buyer and to provider. Outsourcing really meant it. For providers there are few things to consider.
1. Identify skill set of it's own.
The computer skills, , time that can consume for work, working hours( compatibility US time)
2. Reliability of employees if it's a team.
Reliabilty of the delivery of the projects on time is a key issue.
3. Quality of work.
Buyers most of the time when outsourcing not considering quantity of work as per the time. It's the quality and time.
